WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES

• 1 custom digital flyer design (Instagram-ready 1:1 or 4:5)

• Built around your brand colors, fonts, and style (or we choose a direction that fits)

• Layout optimized for mobile – main info readable at a glance

• Final files delivered as JPEG/PNG for socials

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions (text changes, color tweaks, small layout adjustments)

• Service launches and booking flyers

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

After you book, you’ll receive an intake asking for:

• The main headline (event name, song title, offer, etc.)

• Date, time, location (if event-based)

• Any required logos (your logo, sponsor logos, etc.)

• Photos you want used (artist, product, etc.)

• Brand colors or references (if you have them)

• Where this will be posted (IG, stories, print, etc.)

WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• ❌ No logo design (that’s a separate service)

• ❌ No full social media pack (multiple sizes/post variations) unless quoted separately

• ❌ No physical printing – you receive digital files only

• ❌ No unlimited revisions – 2 rounds of reasonable changes are included

If you need a full promo pack (multiple flyer versions, story size, banner size), that’s an add-on or a separate quote.

TIMELINE

• First draft: 3–5 business days after intake is complete

• Revisions: 1–3 business days per round

• Final files delivered via download link/email
