WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

To keep everything clear from the start:

• ❌ No location rental fees included

  • Studios, venues, Airbnbs, special locations are paid by the client

• ❌ No prop or wardrobe budget included

  • Cars, outfits, extras, smoke machines, etc. are on the client

• ❌ No casting or talent booking included

  • Models, actors, and extras are separate arrangements

• ❌ No unlimited revisions

  • One round of light revisions is included (small cuts, text tweaks, minor changes)

  • Full recuts, new concepts, or major changes are a separate bill

• ❌ No transfer of footage for resale or use by other brands/companies

  • Any licensing beyond your artist brand or your main business requires a new agreement

Travel outside our normal operating area may require a travel fee, agreed on before we confirm the shoot.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Book your slot

   • Choose your Video Type and Client Type at checkout.

2. Fill out the intake form

   • After payment, you’ll receive an email with a short form for:

     • Song / audio link

     • References (optional)

     • Location ideas

     • Your availability

     • Any non-negotiable shots

3. Confirm date, concept, and location(s)

   • We lock in the plan so the shoot runs smooth.

4. Shoot day

   • You show up ready; we handle cameras, direction, and structure.

5. Edit & review

   • We deliver a draft video. You send one round of notes if needed.

6. Final delivery

   • You receive the final files, ready to upload and push into your rollout.
