What We Need From You After Purchase

Once you check out, you’ll receive a link or email request to send:

• Artist or business name

• City / region you rep

• 2–3 high-quality photos or cover art

• Streaming / website / social links

• Short notes about your story or brand angle (what you want people to know)

• For releases: track / project name + release date + main talking points

If you don’t send content, we can’t write—simple.

Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after we receive all info

• Rush option (if offered at checkout): 48 hours with a small rush fee

Revisions, Refunds & Rights

• Revisions: 1 light revision round included (no full rewrite).

• Refunds: No refunds once writing has started. If you don’t send info within 14 days, order may be closed with store credit only.
