Kacey “OTF Jam” Hester is speaking publicly about Lil Durk after testifying against the Chicago rapper in federal court.

Hester admitted participating in the August 2022 attack prosecutors say was intended to target Quando Rondo. Rondo survived, but his cousin Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson was killed.
During his testimony, Hester claimed Durk was responsible for putting members of his circle into the situation. Durk’s defense challenged Hester about changes in his statements, his cooperation agreement and the benefits he could receive for assisting prosecutors.
After leaving the witness stand, Hester addressed Durk through several social-media posts. He claimed he still had love for Durk but no longer respected him and criticized Durk’s leadership.
Hester’s statements represent his account of the case. They are not an independent verdict against Durk.
Federal prosecutors allege Durk financed an attack targeting Quando Rondo. Durk has pleaded not guilty and maintains that the government cannot prove he ordered or knowingly funded the shooting.
Both sides have rested, with closing arguments scheduled before the case is handed to the jury.
