Nia Long has officially received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The actress was awarded the landmark’s 2,857th star during a ceremony in Los Angeles on September 16.
Long’s career includes defining roles in “Boyz n the Hood,” “Friday,” “Love Jones,” “The Best Man,” “Soul Food” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”
Snoop Dogg was among the guests who celebrated Long’s legacy and influence during the ceremony.
The honor recognizes nearly four decades of work and Long’s lasting position within Black film and television history.
