Nicole Barnes, the grandmother of one of the rapper’s children, alleges that Sexyy Red shared her home address and a photograph of the property online.
Barnes claims the rapper encouraged followers to enter the home and commit violence against her. She says the alleged posts left her fearing for her safety, forced her to relocate and caused emotional distress.
The current dispute concerns a request for a default judgment after Sexyy Red reportedly failed to respond within a required court deadline.
Sexyy Red’s attorney, Jason Lampert, called the allegations baseless and said the rapper categorically denies them. Her legal team says she looks forward to defending herself in court.
